1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 5-7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Custom ritual items or made to order products may require additional time. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping
We ship domestically and internationally. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Soultry Botanica is not responsible for delays due to courier issues, customs, or natural events.
3. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the spiritual and personal nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please ensure you review product descriptions carefully before purchase.
Exception: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 72 hours of delivery at soultrybotanica@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos. We will evaluate the situation and offer a resolution accordingly.
4. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has shipped and is confirmed delivered, Soultry Botanica is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or mishandled packages. Please contact your local carrier or delivery provider for any delivery disputes.

All products are sold as metaphysical curios. Soultry Botanica makes no claims to cure or treat any physical or mental health condition. Our offerings are intended to support your personal spiritual and energetic practice.
6. Custom Work
All custom ritual services, spiritual blends, and altar work must be paid in full before work begins. Due to the energy and time invested, no cancellations or refunds are permitted once the service has been initiated.
7. Order Cancellations
We do not accept cancellations after your order has been placed. Please ensure your order is correct before confirming your purchase.
