Refund policy
Soultry Botanics offers spiritual and reflective services, digital products, and physical apothecary goods. Each category has different policies. Please read carefully before purchasing.
READINGS, CONSULTATIONS & PATHWAYS
All readings, consultations, and pathway services are NON-REFUNDABLE once work has begun.
- Once you submit your photo, application, or intake form, work has begun.
- Once Ace has begun preparing your reading, recording your voice note, or holding space for your pathway, no refunds will be issued.
- If you have not yet submitted your materials, you may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase by emailing hello@soultrybotanics.com.
If Ace determines a different offering would better serve you, she will personally reach out and either redirect you to a suitable service or refund the difference.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All digital downloads (guides, recordings, written reflections) are FINAL SALE. No refunds will be issued once download access has been granted.
APOTHECARY & PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
Due to the spiritual and intimate nature of our products (candles, oils, baths, kits, jars), all physical apothecary sales are FINAL.
- Damaged-in-transit items will be replaced at no cost. Please email photos within 1 day of delivery to hello@soultrybotanics.com.
- We cannot accept returns of opened, used, or partially used spiritual products.
KITS (Calling Kit, Pathway Kits, etc.)
All ritual kits are non-refundable once shipped. If your kit arrives damaged, please email photos within 1 day of delivery and we will replace damaged items.
PAYMENT PLANS
If you are enrolled in a pathway via payment plan, you are responsible for completing all installments outlined in your enrollment agreement. Discontinuing payments does not cancel your enrollment or services rendered.
EXCEPTIONS
We reserve the right to make exceptions in cases of personal emergency, hospitalization, or family loss. Please reach out directly at hello@soultrybotanics.com
