ABOUT OUR SERVICES

Soultry Botanics offers spiritual and reflective services including face readings, consultations, pathway programs, ritual kits, and apothecary products. All services are conducted by Ace ("the practitioner").

SPIRITUAL WORK IS NOT MEDICAL OR PROFESSIONAL CARE

All Soultry services are spiritual and reflective in nature. They are NOT:
- Medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
- Mental health therapy or psychiatric care
- Legal or financial advice
- A substitute for licensed professional care
- A guarantee of any specific outcome (including fertility, pregnancy, healing, relationship, or financial results)

You are responsible for continuing all professional medical, mental health, legal, and financial care as appropriate to your needs.

AGE REQUIREMENT

You must be 18 or older to purchase or use Soultry services.

PURCHASES & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in USD. Payment is due at the time of purchase unless you are enrolled in an approved payment plan. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the full amount listed.

For pathways and consultations requiring application, no purchase is complete until Ace has approved your application and you have completed enrollment.

REFUND POLICY

Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on refunds for each product and service category.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website — including text, photos, descriptions, ritual guides, recordings, and branding — is the intellectual property of Soultry Botanics. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or sell our content without written permission.

The ritual guides and materials included in kits are for your personal use only. They may not be reproduced, taught, or sold.

CLIENT CONDUCT

Soultry is a sacred space. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose conduct is abusive, threatening, disrespectful, or otherwise inconsistent with the values of this work. Refunds may not be issued in such cases.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soultry Botanics and Ace personally are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or products.

You acknowledge that you participate in spiritual work at your own discretion and assume all responsibility for how you integrate insights, guidance, or rituals into your life.
