  Massage Therapy – Apply the oil blend twice daily directly to the affected area (lower abdomen, breasts, or wherever growth is located). Use firm circular motions to enhance absorption.

  Castor Oil Pack (Highly Recommended for Fibroids & Cysts)

  1. • Soak a flannel cloth in the oil blend.
     • Place over the affected area and cover with plastic wrap.
     • Apply a heating pad over it for 30–60 minutes to help the oils penetrate deeply.
     • Repeat at least 4 times per week for best results.
