Directions: To create an effective tea, combine 1 teaspoon of herbs with 8 oz. of boiling water in a strainer. Allow the tea to steep for 10 minutes, before straining it into a cup. For optimal results, wait for the tea to reach room temperature before drinking. To attain desired results and maximize benefits, follow this regimen for 3-6 months or until the desired results are achieved.

 Please use only stainless steel utensils when preparing this tea.
