 Directions:  Add 1 teaspoon of herbs to your strainer with eight ounces of boiling hot water over the herbs. Cover and steep ten mins then strain. For best results, allow the tea to reach room temperature before consuming. Do not drink hot or cold. 

Take until you have reached desired results & if consistent 03 to 06 months for best results.
